Evicio is hiring a Business Analyst to define business and functional requirements for product development, plan and estimate BA work, oversee design activity on projects, and track tasks and milestone deliveries.

Skills and responsibilities

• Write requirement specifications, including mockups and user stories, using Agile and Scrum methods
• Work with the development team on sprint plans, product backlogs and user documentation
• Work with customers and core development engineers on scalability, usability, reliability, functionality and performance issues
• Review solutions and give feedback on issues, improvements, and whether a solution meets the requirement

The ideal candidate has

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
• A relevant degree in IT or Computer Science from a recognised university
• Excellent communication skills and a strong command of English
• Experience across the requirement process: elicitation, prototyping, reviews, documentation and final approval
• Preferably, experience tracking client queries, UAT and production issues
• Sound knowledge of modelling concepts and experience with Agile development
