Key responsibilities

• Technical support and troubleshooting
• First-level IT support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
• Assist users with account setup and maintenance
• Respond to technical support calls, emails, and face-to-face requests
• Monitor and maintain LAN and Wi-Fi connectivity
• Perform basic server room tasks
• Install and update operating systems, drivers, and business applications
• Ensure adherence to company IT policies and security practices
• Help maintain endpoint security and data backup processes

Requirements

• Diploma or NVQ Level 4/5 in Information Technology, Computer Hardware, Networking, or a related field
• A Bachelor’s degree in IT is an added advantage, though not compulsory
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong communication skills with the ability to support non-technical users
• Good problem-solving and time management skills
• Eager to learn and grow in an IT career
• Able to work independently or as part of a team
