The company is hiring an experienced, strategic Head of Collections and Recoveries to lead its collections department, build recovery strategies, and improve recovery rates.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the collections team to hit performance targets
- Build and run effective debt recovery strategies
- Monitor collections performance and report to senior management
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policy
- Train, mentor, and support team members
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in collections and recoveries
- Experience managing a team of 25 or more employees; highlight this managerial experience in your CV
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficient in collection systems and Microsoft Office
- Analytical and strategic mindset
- Able to work individually and as part of a team
