Key responsibilities
- Assist in processing vendor invoices and verifying documents
- Record day to day transactions
- Coordinate with suppliers and customers on payment-related inquiries
- Assist with reconciliations, data entry, and report preparation
- Perform other finance-related administrative tasks as assigned
Candidate profile
- Following or completed a degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- Proficient in MS Excel with attention to detail
- Good communication skills and a positive work attitude
