📋 Job Responsibilities

• Promote and explain credit card products, benefits, fees, interest rates, and promotional offers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings
• Cross-sell relevant banking products and services where appropriate
• Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Banking, Finance, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in credit card sales, banking, financial services, or relationship management is an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
