Vogue Tex (Pvt) Ltd is a leading apparel manufacturing and export organisation. The company is seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Internal & Process Auditor to strengthen its internal control, risk management, and operational excellence framework.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting risk-based internal audits and process reviews across the company’s manufacturing operations, head office, and support functions, with a strong focus on process efficiency, compliance, financial controls, operational risks, and cost leakages. This is not purely an accounting or compliance audit role — the position requires someone who can understand how the business operates, identify root causes of control failures and inefficiencies, and work with management to implement sustainable corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute risk-based internal audit plans covering factories, head office, and support functions
• Identify key operational, financial, and compliance risks and assess the adequacy of existing controls
• Conduct regular audits based on business risk and management priorities
• Follow up on agreed corrective actions and report outstanding issues to management
• Review business processes to identify inefficiencies, duplication, process gaps, and unnecessary costs
• Evaluate adherence to approved SOPs, policies, and internal control procedures
• Review controls over purchasing, inventory, payroll, production, transportation, subcontracting, payments, and other operational expenditure
• Identify potential revenue leakages, cost leakages, unauthorised expenditure, and control weaknesses
• Review segregation of duties, authorisation controls, and compliance with delegated authority limits
• Assess the effectiveness of ERP and system-based controls
• Conduct process audits across manufacturing plants

Requirements

• Degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, Internal Audit, Business Management, or a related discipline
• CA / ACCA / CIMA / CIA qualification or part qualification will be an advantage
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in internal audit, process audit, operational audit, risk management, or a similar role
• Experience in the apparel/manufacturing industry will be a significant advantage
• Strong understanding of internal controls, risk management, and audit methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent report-writing and communication skills
