Role Overview
Vallibel Finance PLC is looking for an experienced Gold Loan professional to join as Regional Manager – Gold Loan, overseeing and driving the growth of the Gold Loan portfolio across an assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage Gold Loan operations across the assigned region
- Drive regional business growth by achieving Gold Loan portfolio and profitability targets
- Monitor branch performance and implement strategies to increase business volumes
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 18 years’ experience in Gold Loan operations within the financial services industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven ability to achieve business targets and manage regional operations
