General Eligibility
- Sri Lankan citizenship
- Age and educational/professional qualifications vary by category — see the official gazette for category-specific requirements (degrees, HND/NVQ levels, professional certifications such as CIMA/ACCA/ICASL where applicable, and relevant experience)
- Selected candidates will be enrolled in EPF (10%) and ETF (3%) schemes, subject to a probation period as per the SLIATE Scheme of Recruitment
