Role Overview

Halcyon Concepts is seeking an Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day finance operations across both restaurant brands. This role includes bookkeeping, financial controls, and management accounting support to assist with cost monitoring and performance analysis. Monthly and annual reporting is outsourced; however, this role requires accurate financial records and provides timely operational insights across both businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily bookkeeping and financial records for both restaurant brands
• Manage accounts payable and receivable across multiple outlets
• Process supplier invoices and oversee payment schedules
• Monitor daily sales reconciliation and cash flow across locations
• Prepare bank reconciliations
• Assist with payroll data preparation and labour cost tracking
• Conduct stock and inventory reconciliation
• Monitor food cost, wastage, and gross margins by outlet
• Prepare weekly and monthly management reports (sales performance, cost analysis, profitability tracking)
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and expense control
• Coordinate with external accountants for monthly and annual reporting
• Assist management with financial analysis to support operational decisions

Experience & Skills Required

• 2–4 years of accounting or finance experience
• Hospitality/F&B industry experience is preferred
• Understanding of management accounting and cost control
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple outlets/accounts simultaneously
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Basic English communication skills are required
