DFCC Bank is currently seeking a Junior Executive for its Merchant Acquiring, Card Centre team.

You Should Ideally

  • Be in the grade of L8
  • Possess a minimum of 4–6 years of experience in Banking/Financial Services, preferably in merchant relationship management and financial product promotion
  • Possess strong customer handling and relationship management skills
  • Possess sound technical knowledge of merchant acquiring, card payments, and payment channels
  • Have a good understanding of Card Management Systems
  • Possess knowledge of card scheme rules and local regulations related to card payments and acquiring
  • Have performed in the current job role for a minimum of two years

You Will Be Mainly Responsible For

  • Actively selling products and services to both existing customers and new-to-bank customers to achieve business growth objectives
  • Managing merchant relationships by maintaining regular engagement and ensuring a high standard of service delivery
  • Generating revenue through effective cross-selling, upselling, and portfolio growth initiatives
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, documentation, and reports in accordance with the Bank’s policies and procedures
