The Bank’s Merchant Acquiring / Card Centre team is hiring a Junior Executive to help manage this expansion.

You Should Ideally

Be in the grade of L8
Possess a minimum of 4–6 years of experience in Banking/Financial Services, preferably in merchant relationship management and financial product promotion
Possess strong customer handling and relationship management skills
Possess sound technical knowledge of merchant acquiring, card payments, and payment channels
Have a good understanding of Card Management Systems
Possess knowledge of card scheme rules and local regulations related to card payments and acquiring
Have performed in the current job role for a minimum of two years

You Will Be Mainly Responsible For

Actively selling products and services to both existing customers and new-to-bank customers to achieve business growth objectives
Managing merchant relationships by maintaining regular engagement and ensuring a high standard of service delivery
Generating revenue through effective cross-selling, upselling, and portfolio growth initiatives
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, documentation, and reports in accordance with the Bank’s policies and procedures
