As the Bank keeps expanding its branch network, its City Office Branch is now hiring for a Senior Banking Assistant / Banking Assistant position.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for all operational activities at the branch, delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring full compliance with the Bank’s policies and regulatory guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Handle all operational activities at the branch, including customer transactions and account servicing
- Provide exceptional customer service to walk-in and existing clients
- Ensure compliance with policies and guidelines set by the Bank and regulators
- Support branch credit and operational functions as required
Requirements
- 2 – 4 years of experience in Commercial Banking; experience in branch operations and credit knowledge will be an added advantage
- Fair knowledge of the products and services offered by the Bank
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- A flair for excellent customer service
