Role Overview

Three Sinha Industries is hiring a Call Center Assistant (Female) to be based at its Nawala Road, Koswatta, Rajagiriya office. This customer-facing role requires strong sales and customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively within a team.

Job Requirements

  • Passed the G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) and faced the G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales and customer service skills
  • Ability to work with the MS Office package
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team
  • Prior work experience will be considered an added advantage
  • Age between 20–40 years
  • Females preferred
