Role Overview
Three Sinha Industries is hiring a Call Center Assistant (Female) to be based at its Nawala Road, Koswatta, Rajagiriya office. This customer-facing role requires strong sales and customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively within a team.
Job Requirements
- Passed the G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) and faced the G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Ability to work with the MS Office package
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team
- Prior work experience will be considered an added advantage
- Age between 20–40 years
- Females preferred
