The company is seeking energetic, ambitious, and result-oriented individuals to strengthen its presence in Modern Trade.

Position: Senior Sales Executive – Modern Trade

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Modern Trade sales and market expansion.
• Manage relationships with key supermarket chains and regional outlets.
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and promotional execution in assigned outlets.
• Monitor sales performance and achieve regional sales targets.
• Coordinate with distributors, merchandisers, and sales representatives.
• Prepare sales reports and market intelligence updates.

Requirements

• Age 30 – 40 years.
• Should have a car (essential) and be able to report for duty from the next day upon selection.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG Modern Trade sales or account management.
• Strong relationships with supermarket chains and Modern Trade customers will be a distinct advantage.
• Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and presentation skills for sales meetings.
