Position: Manager – IT Business Partnering

The company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager – IT Business Partnering to serve as the key liaison between IT and designated business units, ensuring strategic alignment between technology solutions and evolving business needs. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying, driving, and implementing digital and IT initiatives that deliver tangible business value, enhance operational efficiency, and support the organization’s growth agenda.

Core Responsibilities

• Contribute to the business technology strategy by delivering IT and digital solutions aligned with business goals.
• Manage digital projects, overseeing vendor and contract management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in solution implementation and ensure successful solution delivery.
• Maintain system security and compliance, manage infrastructure availability, and lead business continuity planning.
• Champion digital transformation initiatives and effectively manage change.
• Work closely with IT expert centers to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality technology services that enable the business to achieve its objectives.

Personal Profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT role, preferably in business partnering or solution delivery.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps, Power BI, and understanding of cybersecurity concepts.
• Strong track record in delivering IT solutions that meet business needs.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under pressure.
• Proficient in analyzing and interpreting data to extract meaningful insights.
• A passion for digital transformation, innovation, and continuous improvement.
