Job Profile
- Assist in processing Health and Life Claims efficiently and accurately
- Handle customer complaints and queries, ensuring timely and professional responses
- Provide feedback and updates to management on claim-related matters
- Maintain a positive relationship with customers, partners, and all other stakeholders
Eligibility Criteria
- Completion of G.C.E. A/Ls
- Sound knowledge of MS Office applications
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala
- Reading for a Degree/Diploma from a recognized university will be an added advantage
