You Should Ideally

  • Hold a full or partial qualification in AAT, or be pursuing professional qualifications such as ICASL, CIMA, CIM, IBSL, or ACCA
  • Have up to two years of experience in a banking or financial institution environment; entry-level candidates are also encouraged to apply
  • Possess sound knowledge of credit evaluation processes and banking products
  • Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with customers, branches, and internal stakeholders
  • Have strong teamwork, planning, implementation, and creative problem-solving abilities
  • Possess good system knowledge and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail

You Will Be Mainly Responsible For

  • Obtaining and processing CRIB reports and CRIB scores for all credit card applications in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintaining and updating physical and online application trackers, ensuring all application records are accurately captured on a daily basis
  • Screening physical and system-generated credit card applications and verifying supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy
  • Monitoring CASA mandate submissions and coordinating the handover of relevant documentation to branches
  • Supporting and guiding the branch network in achieving credit card sales targets while ensuring compliance with departmental requirements
  • Liaising with customers, branches, and internal departments to facilitate credit card processing, approvals, confirmations, and service-related inquiries
