Role Overview

St. Benedict’s College, Kotahena invites applications from qualified and dedicated individuals for the positions of Junior Rugby Coaches (Under 12 and Under 16) to join its sports coaching team.

Eligibility Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years of coaching experience
Successfully completed Level 1 Rugby Coaching Certification
Level 2 Rugby Coaching qualification will be considered an added advantage
Passion for player development and sports mentoring
Strong leadership, discipline, and communication skills
Coaching experience at school or club level is preferred
