Role Overview

Browns Hotels & Resorts is offering an internship opportunity for a final-year Human Resource Management student to gain hands-on exposure to HR operations within a leading hospitality group, based at Newburgh Ella.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR documentation and coordination tasks
• Assist with recruitment coordination and interaction with staff and candidates
• Maintain accurate HR records using MS Word and Excel
• Uphold confidentiality in handling sensitive HR matters
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team

Candidate Profile

• Final-year student pursuing a Degree in Human Resource Management at a reputed institute or university
• Good communication skills in Sinhala and English, with the ability to interact confidently with staff and candidates
• Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, HR documentation, and coordination tasks
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to maintain confidentiality in HR matters
• Must be willing to be based in Newburgh, Ella
