Business Intelligence Analyst – Data Analytics

The job holder is responsible for identifying business intelligence, reporting, and data analysis requirements by working closely with business units, end users, and IT teams. The role involves transforming data into meaningful insights and actionable information to support informed business decision-making. The position is at Associate Manager Level.

The Job

  • Gather and analyze business requirements and develop advanced dashboards and reports.
  • Perform query building and data extraction using appropriate tools and technologies.
  • Provide inputs for business requirement documentation and contribute to solution design.
  • Support bulk data requests and ensure timely data delivery to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines for near-real-time reporting using data warehouse systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues raised by business units related to dashboards and reports.
  • Drive automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce manual processes.

The Person

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Data Science/Business Intelligence domain, with at least 1 year of experience in the banking or financial services industry (experience in T24 is an added advantage).
  • Previous exposure to data / MI / LMM / AI experiences are considered.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL / experience in large-scale data projects and hands-on experience with Power BI.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on customer support.
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and thrive in a challenging environment.
  • Strong team player with a high level of commitment.
