Lanka Mineral Sands Limited — a fully state-owned company — invites applications from qualified Sri Lankan citizens for the following vacancies at its Pulmoday Plant (පුල්මුඩේ යන්ත්‍රාගාරය).

Security Guard (ආරක්ෂක නියාමක)

• Service Category / Grade: Primary Skilled Service Category (PL-1)
• Status of Vacancy: Permanent — Pulmoday Plant
• Number of Vacancies: 07

Qualifications for Recruitment

Should have sat for the GCE Ordinary Level (O/L) examination.

Salary Scale (PL-1)

Remuneration is on the PL-1 salary scale as per Management Services Circular 01/2025. The salary applicable on recruitment will be determined under Chapter VII of the Establishments Code.

Age Limit

Not less than 18 years and not more than 45 years. The upper age limit is not applicable to internal applicants.

General Conditions

1. Applicants must be citizens of Sri Lanka.
2. Applicants should be physically and mentally fit to perform the duties of the post and to serve in any region of the island.
3. Applicants must be of excellent character (police clearance may be required).
4. Selected applicants will be liable to bear the cost of their initial appointment documentation as applicable.
5. Age is calculated as at the closing date of applications.
