<p>Topp’s Chicken is hiring an <strong>HR Assistant</strong> to support daily HR and administrative operations at its Ja-Ela location. This role covers the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment coordination to onboarding, attendance, and payroll support.</p>

<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2>

<li>Support daily HR and administrative operations.</li>
<li>Maintain employee records and documentation accurately.</li>
<li>Assist in recruitment processes, including screening CVs and scheduling interviews.</li>
<li>Coordinate employee onboarding and training sessions.</li>
<li>Handle staff attendance, leave records, and payroll support.</li>

<h2>Qualifications & Experience</h2>

<li>Professional qualification in HR (Degree, Diploma, or Certificate from IPM, NIBM, or equivalent).</li>
<li>Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar HR Assistant role.</li>
<li>Good communication skills in both English and Sinhala.</li>
<li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team.</li>
