About the Role
Topp’s Chicken is hiring an HR Assistant to support daily HR and administrative operations at its Ja-Ela location. This role covers the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment coordination to onboarding, attendance, and payroll support.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily HR and administrative operations.
- Maintain employee records and documentation accurately.
- Assist in recruitment processes, including screening CVs and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and training sessions.
- Handle staff attendance, leave records, and payroll support.
Qualifications & Experience
- Professional qualification in HR (Degree, Diploma, or Certificate from IPM, NIBM, or equivalent).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar HR Assistant role.
- Good communication skills in both English and Sinhala.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team.
