Position 1: Customer Care Manager

Asia Hospitals is seeking a high-calibre Customer Care Manager to oversee their patient relations department and drive service excellence across the facility.

Requirements

• More than 3 years of experience in front desk operations, office administration, or facilities coordination
• Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala; proficiency in Tamil is an added advantage
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent interpersonal and multitasking abilities
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, go-getter attitude

Position 2: Senior Customer Care Officer

Asia Hospitals is looking for a service expert who thrives in a high standard environment and possesses the maturity to handle complex patient interactions with grace.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Customer Service, preferably in healthcare or hospitality
• Proven ability to handle complex billing and cash management with high accuracy
• Excellent communication skills with professional fluency in English and Sinhala
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage service recovery independently
• Ability to work on a roster basis
