About the Role

As a Call Center Staff member at AFA Education Center, you will be the voice of the organisation — handling inbound student and customer inquiries, providing excellent service support, and ensuring all interactions are handled professionally and accurately. You will play a key role in the organisation’s outreach and student support functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer customer and student queries via phone promptly and professionally
• Provide excellent service support and information about courses and programmes
• Handle inbound calls professionally, ensuring a positive experience for all callers
• Record call information accurately in the system
• Follow up with prospective students and customers as required
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions

Requirements

• Good communication skills — verbal and written
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, but freshers are welcome to apply
• Basic computer literacy
• Male candidates only
• Age: 18–30 years
