About the Role
As a Customer Care Executive, you will be the face of Skin Clinic Sri Lanka, handling patient inquiries, appointment bookings, and front-desk operations. You will provide a welcoming and professional experience for all patients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and courteously.
Candidate Requirements
- Female candidates only
- Fluent in English — strong communication skills are essential
- Age below 30 years
- School leavers are welcome to apply — no prior experience required
- Well-presented with a professional and pleasant demeanour
