About the Role

As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for private patients, members, and corporate clients. You will handle incoming calls, messages, and enquiries with professionalism and empathy, coordinating with healthcare professionals and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to calls, messages, and enquiries from private patients, members, and corporate clients, delivering empathetic and solution-focused support
  • Assess patient needs, apply sound judgment, and manage standard to moderately complex requests, escalating urgent or non-protocol issues to the Team Leader when required
  • Coordinate appointments and operational requests with duty doctors and regional GP teams to ensure timely continuity of care
  • Collaborate with the overnight team to manage workloads effectively and maintain service levels during peak periods
  • Maintain accurate records, notes, and system updates to support clear communication and seamless shift handovers

Work Details

  • Location: Remote WFH + Occasional meets at the Colombo 5 office โ€“ Sri Lanka
  • Work Hours: 7AM to 7PM UK time โ€“ 45-hour work week including Saturday & Sunday (Roster Based)

Work Experience (Mandatory)

Minimum 2+ years of relevant customer service or operations coordination experience is required.

Academic Qualifications

A diploma or degree in Business Administration, with proven experience in customer service or operations coordination.
