Key Responsibilities

• Assist with posting job advertisements on relevant platforms
• Screen CVs and shortlist suitable candidates for various roles
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain recruitment records, trackers, and candidate databases
• Support employee engagement initiatives and workplace events
• Support employer branding and internal recruitment campaigns
• Assist with general HR administrative tasks as required

Job Requirements

• A proactive, detail-oriented individual with a genuine passion for Human Resources
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn in a fast-paced professional environment
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources Management or a related field
