The company continues to grow its portfolio of premium residential projects and is now seeking talented Quantity Surveyors to join its dedicated team at the Colombo Head Office.

This is a Head Office-based role with no site work required — ideal for experienced QS professionals looking for a stable, permanent position in a prestigious organisation with over a century of excellence.

📍 Location

No. 23, Deal Place A, Colombo 03 (Head Office – no site work involved)

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for luxury residential housing projects
• Conduct pre-costing and cost estimation work across all stages of construction projects
• Manage and monitor project costs from initial design through to completion
• Maintain detailed records, work schedules, and project cost reports using computer-based systems
• Collaborate closely with the design and project management teams to ensure cost efficiency
• Assist in procurement and vendor management related to construction materials
• Prepare financial reports and present cost summaries to senior management

🎓 Requirements

• NCT, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying (mandatory)
• More than 5 years of experience in a similar capacity at a reputed company
• High accuracy in pre-costing and BOQ preparation
• Strong computer literacy – proficiency in relevant QS software and MS Office is essential
• Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to deliver accurate work within deadlines
