Job Role

Tech Cargo Hub is seeking a high-performing and goal-oriented IT Sales Executive to join their Colombo team. The ideal candidate will have experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain operations, combined with knowledge of IT solutions including software, cloud services, and infrastructure. This is a full-time, in-person role based in Colombo 15, offering significant career growth within a globally connected company.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the IT solutions and logistics technology space.
• Engage with clients to understand their technical requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Present and sell IT solutions, products, and services to prospective and existing clients.
• Prepare professional proposals, quotations, and close sales deals effectively.
• Maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through consistent follow-up and service excellence.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and track performance against set KPIs.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (preferred).

Work Experience

• 3+ years of experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Supply Chain Operations.

Hard Skills Required

• Knowledge of IT solutions (software, cloud, infrastructure, or services).
• Sales techniques and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
• Understanding of client requirements and solution mapping.

Soft Skills Required

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated approach.
