Job Role

Bios Tech is seeking a skilled and motivated CCTV Technician to join their expanding team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, IP cameras, and network cabling, and will be capable of delivering reliable technical support to clients. This role offers a competitive salary of Rs. 35,000+ with overtime, alongside opportunities for career growth and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and IP camera systems at client sites.
• Lay and terminate CCTV cabling and network cabling to professional standards, ensuring systems operate effectively.
• Install, operate, and test Access Control Systems to ensure security compliance.
• Provide reliable remote and on-site technical assistance to clients, troubleshooting hardware and connectivity issues.
• Perform routine software updates and data backups to maintain system integrity and performance.
• Set up network infrastructure, configure routers, and troubleshoot basic network faults.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, service calls, and technical interventions.

Requirements

• Sound knowledge of CCTV Systems, DVR/NVR systems, and IP Camera systems.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems, networking fundamentals, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Good communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with clients.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A valid motorbike riding license is required.
• Preference will be given to candidates residing in or around Moratuwa, Ratmalana, and Panadura areas.

Remuneration

Salary: Rs. 35,000 + Overtime (OT)
