Ministry of Health and Mass Media – Global Fund Project
The Ministry of Health and Mass Media, as the Principal Recipient of two grants awarded by the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis & Malaria (Global Fund) amounting to US$ 6,381,149 for the period 1st January 2025 to 31st December 2027, is calling for applications for the following four positions on a contract basis until 31st December 2027. These positions are associated with the HIV Component (LKA-H-MoH) of the Global Fund Project and are based in Colombo 10.
Available Positions
1. ICT Assistant
Provides IT support, system management, and digital coordination for the HIV Grant project team. The successful candidate will support data management, IT infrastructure, and reporting systems within the Global Fund project framework.
2. Office Assistant
Responsible for general office administration, document management, logistics coordination, and providing clerical support to the project team in day-to-day operations.
3. Lab Assistant – Mobile Clinic (02 Vacancies)
Supports laboratory operations within the Mobile Clinic unit for the HIV programme. Duties include assisting with specimen collection, processing, and maintaining laboratory standards in a mobile healthcare setting.
4. Mobile Outreach Worker – Mobile Clinic (02 Vacancies)
Works within the Mobile Clinic unit to conduct community outreach, facilitate HIV/AIDS awareness, and provide support services to key populations in the field.
