Finco Technologies is currently seeking a skilled and experienced CCTV and Network Technician to join their services team in Colombo.
Tasks and Duties
- Conduct field visits to provide high-level technical support and advice to customers and individuals, including the installation and configuration of CCTV systems, network setups, and structured cabling
- Perform preventive maintenance routines and on-site servicing; troubleshoot systems and network problems by diagnosing and resolving hardware and software faults
- Replace and repair parts as required for CCTV systems, Network Cabling, DVR, NVR, Wi-Fi Cameras, Analog Cameras, and IP Cameras
- Apply knowledge of printers, security burglar alarm systems, cash counting machines, time attendance systems, switches, and routers where relevant (added advantage)
Key Requirements
- NVQ Level 3/4 certification or an equivalent qualification in a related technical field
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a similar capacity involving CCTV systems and network infrastructure
- A valid motorcycle driver’s license is required for field visits
